Love this, Linda. You really did a great job of capturing these people. I like everything about it.
Hi Linda! There is a funny story with this piece. I started the painting at my son's house(while caring for my daughter in laws mother) and at the end of the day, I loaded up my belongings in the car and left the painting sitting on top of the car. Yep, I drove away! I didn't even realize what I had done until I got home & NO painting! I had to retrace my steps and I DID finally find it on the side of the road! :) It had some dirt in the paint but amazingly it wasn't too bad. I had to let it dry, clean it a lot and repaint all that I had previously done. So, one could say that these people are well traveled! :)) Have a great day!
That is soooo funny - now, not then, I'm sure!! Glad you found it and it was not damaged beyond repair. It really is a great painting!
