myself having visions of my dad helping his father
on an old wagon delivering ice, running around
getting into mischief and just being a boy. I guess
that's why I love old things, I think they say a lot.

were able to have a creative day together, so I
introduced her to altered art. This is the one
I finished and she also completed a piece to be
proud of. To top it all off...we had a great time!"

and crisp, fresh cabbage were just waiting for
eager buyers. The farmers told me that it was
a great harvest this year."

"I moved this past year, back to an old
neighborhood I use to live in, where everybody
goes for walks and usually with at least one dog.
This is one of the neighbors, I often see, with her
little dog who patiently waits for her while she
stops to chat with friends. "

"I just happened to catch one of those first time events,
as my neighbor's child managed to take off for the very
first time on his bicycle. He had attempted many times
but this time, with a helping hand from his mom,
he was finally able to go on his own. It brought back
memories of my very first time. I think it is probably one
of those things that we never forget. "

"I had the opportunity to go to Hatteras Island,
North Carolina a while back. On one of the docks,
where they clean the fish, lives a very old dog.
He can usually be found standing beside a box,
patiently waiting for fish scraps. I couldn't believe
that he actually ate them. Makes me wonder if
there's something we don't know about fish?"
