No matter how much it is raining......there is always
at least one who is braving the weather without an umbrella.

Mine is usually in the trunk of the car! :)

Why do you have the black outlines around the yellow and black umbrella? Not many things have outlines around them in real life...

Anonymous, I don't usually answer comments from anonymous because I don't know who I am talking to but I thought this was a bit odd. Anyway, in answer to your question: one answer is that "this" is a PAINTING not REAL LIFE. One thing I love about painting is that I can do it "however I want".

I've been discovering the real limitations of a raincoat in a downpour!

I love this painting, Linda--the simple shapes and palette with bright splashes of color.
