I love this painting, which really takes me down memory lane. I was born in nearby Jackson, Ohio and fondly remember Gem's line of pop, and the heavy, rather ornate glass bottles they came in. Gem cream soda was my favorite.

Wow, so cool you found my Gem bottle. So, you were from Jackson? That's you saw by the text on the bottle painting, my dad made the Gem beverages and I was born and raised in Wellston. Small world sometimes! Feel free to email sometime. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you visit again.
