Chameleon - watercolor wildlife animal portrait painting

The Chameleon- SOLD - original watercolor Image size: 9 x 12 - Paper Size: 11 inches x 14 inches. This is definitely one of my most complicated watercolors to date; working very slowly w/a 3 step process.
Spirit of the Chameleon: the world and people around you will only perceive what you put out for others to see and believe, focusing on your ability to show or hide emotions, depending on the situation. Can also represent vision, perception, and clairvoyance.
Painted on 100% cotton Arches hot press Watercolor 140# (300gsm) paper using artist's quality watercolor paints. NOTE: Colors may vary slightly because of differences in monitors. Signed discreetly on the front. Paintings come in an acid free plastic envelope for protection against moisture and mailed in a rigid cardboard mailer with recycled cardboard added for extra rigidity..
