"This is the first of several Halloween pieces that have been
haunting me, Ooooooo. I used a little larger canvas this time to be
able to get the overall effect I wanted. I paint most every day but
am not always able to complete a painting in one day, which was
the case with this piece.
For a night when spirits of the dead wander around and witches fly
through the sky,it just seemed appropriate to have a black moon."
